Many school advertise their ability to prepare students with learning disabilities for college. We go further; we send many of our students to college and support them in their dual enrollment classes. Put frankly, there is nowhere else that students with LD are encouraged to do this.
Thanks to our small staff-to-student ratio and our incredibly resourceful teachers, Odyssey is able to support dual-enrollment at Austin Community College through our College Connections program. For eligible Juniors and Seniors, we will rearrange student and teacher schedules to accommodate and support enrollment in community college classes through tutoring and dynamic curriculum. In our first two graduating classes, 40% of students have taken at least one ACC class by the end of their Odyssey careers!
