Students must sign up for at least one volunteer slot here: Volunteer Spot. All volunteers must fill out this WAIVER.
Details:
* Service is from 7:30am-12:00pm
* 4305 Bull Creek / South of 45th Street
* Recommended Parking: TxDOT Parking Lot (across from Post West Apartments)
* Please commit to staying for the whole time — getting in and out of the area during the marathon will be difficult.
* If parents cannot make it, drop-off is okay.
* If you can not attend this event on Sunday, there is an alternate volunteer opportunity for parents and students to man an informational booth about Odyssey School at the runner packet pickup on Saturday, February 18. If you need to take the alternate slot, make sure to sign up on the Volunteer Spot website as soon as possible, since slots are limited.
* Help set up and distribute water
* Bring signs that send a positive message to runners
* Help set up and hold Odyssey banners, signs, etc.
* Wear Odyssey T-Shirts
* Wear crazy hair/hat/outfit
* Help clean up cups after runners (around 11:30)
